AutoWorkout is an application designed to efficiently track your workout sessions. Utilizing the sensors on your Apple Watch, it automatically identifies various exercises, calculates exercise duration, and generates detailed statistics for each activity, including calories burned.

The app seamlessly recognizes a range of different exercises, including Push-Ups, Chair-Dips, Jumping Jacks, and more. Regardless of your preferred workout regimen, AutoWorkout accurately captures the time spent on each exercise and estimates calories burned based on the exercise's MET value and your weight. It even accounts for rest intervals between sets, ensuring precise tracking.

For those aiming to meet daily activity objectives, the "Daily Goals" screen provides a visual overview of your progress and suggests exercises to help you achieve your fitness goals efficiently.

The "Workout History" feature summarizes past accomplishments, allowing you to monitor progress over time. By granting AutoWorkout access to Apple Health, important metrics like calories burned and exercise duration are seamlessly integrated into your health data.

Powered by advanced machine learning algorithms and leveraging sensor data from the Apple Watch, AutoWorkout excels in accurately identifying exercises regardless of variables like wrist orientation or positioning.

If an exercise is inadvertently missed, users can easily report it through the app's settings menu. Furthermore, feedback on the app's performance can be shared through the designated "Leave a review" or "Feedback?" options within the settings menu or via email.
